Hydraulic kitchen sink production lines use frame-type hydraulic presses. Their nominal pressure ranges from 800 to 2500 tons. Integrated with precision progressive dies, these lines achieve a high-efficiency output of 1.2 pieces per minute.
They process 0.8–1.5mm thick 304/316 stainless steel sheets. The lines complete blanking, drawing, hole flanging, and edge rolling through four-station continuous stamping. This process ensures contour accuracy within ±0.15mm.
The centralized hydraulic station uses a 25m³/min constant-temperature cooling system. It maintains the oil temperature at 45±3°C during continuous operation. This stability extends seal life to more than 18 months. Finished sinks pass 5000 impact tests (GB/T 228-2010, equivalent to ISO 6892-1). They show no deformation, which confirms their durability.

Automated Process Control
Six-axis robotic arms automatically feed sheets. Laser positioning systems keep alignment accuracy within ±0.05mm. The drawing station applies nitrogen spring cushioning to regulate material flow velocity at 0.8–1.2m/s. This method keeps wall thinning within ≤8% for deep-drawn sinks with depths of 180–250mm.
Infrared monitoring during flanging corrects thermal deformation by 0.1–0.3mm. The six-head polishing unit allows switching between mirror finishes (Ra 0.4μm) and brushed finishes (180–400 grit). An IoT data platform tracks 32 parameters, including pressure and temperature. It predicts mold maintenance cycles with an accuracy of ±8 hours.
Energy Efficiency and Flexibility
The energy recovery system converts hydraulic braking energy into electricity. This reduces power consumption by more than 23%. The modular design allows rapid changeovers between single-bowl, double-bowl, and irregular sinks. These changeovers take less than 45 minutes.
Soundproof enclosures lower noise to below 75 dB(A). Fully enclosed cutting fluid circulation eliminates wastewater discharge. CE/PED certification guarantees compliance with international standards. The production lines support orders starting from 50 units. They can also produce artistic basins deeper than 300mm and tiered double-bowl sinks.
