JCO/JCOE/LSAW pipe production line
The JCO Pipe Production line utilizes the JCO (J-ing, C-ing, O-ing) process, where steel plates are bent into a U-shape and then formed into pipes through a combination of pre-pressing and pipe rolling. During pre-pressing, the U-shaped plates are bent close to the pipe shape, and their edges are brought into contact through a series of operations. Subsequently, the U-shaped plates are formed into cylindrical shapes using a pipe rolling machine and welded together, resulting in complete pipes. This process yields high-quality, high-efficiency pipes suitable for various applications.
