Our stainless steel water tank stretching hydraulic press excels in precision and reliability. It’s perfect for both water tank production and other metal forming tasks. You can choose between a three-beam four-column structure or a frame design. The three-beam four-column structure is an economical solution. The frame design provides superior anti-eccentric load capacity. Both designs feature an integrated hydraulic system. This system ensures low leakage control and long-lasting, efficient performance.
The press combines the main cylinder, lower top cylinder, and side cylinders. These components perform key functions like stretching forming, edge pressing, material removal, and demoulding. The movable crossbeam offers two-speed control. The fast drop speed (100-250mm/s) increases efficiency. The slow mold support speed (5-15mm/s) ensures enhanced precision.
Custom Tonnage and Control Features
Choosing the right tonnage ensures optimal results in your production process. For smaller, single-slot and small double-slot tanks, the 200-250 ton models are ideal. These models have working table sizes ranging from 660×660mm to 930×900mm. They offer a stroke of 600-610mm. For large multi-slot or thick plate tanks (≥1.2mm), we recommend models over 400 tons. These models feature working tables ≥1400×1400mm and strokes ≥800mm. They also provide deep drawing capabilities and top forces of 63-100 tons.
The press features independent blanking force adjustment. This adjustment is set between 50%-70% of the main cylinder pressure. It prevents wrinkling and cracking during the process. Combining this with “stretching-trimming-punching” processing minimizes positioning errors. This improves production accuracy.
The machine also includes a PLC touch screen control system. The system is equipped with light curtain monitoring, cylinder interlocking, and stroke limits for safety. To increase productivity, we offer hydraulic pads and a quick mold change system. Regular maintenance includes replacing ISO AW46 anti-wear hydraulic oil annually. You should also lubricate the columns daily and calibrate the pressure gauges semi-annually.
Tonnage Selection and Customization
For small single-slot tanks, we recommend the 200-250 ton four-column hydraulic press. For large multi-slot or thick plate production, choose a frame machine with over 400 tons of tonnage. We provide customized solutions based on your water tank size, material thickness, and production capacity. Our workbenches can accommodate up to 2500×1800mm. The maximum stroke is 900mm.
